An item you ordered does not suit you?

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use (perfume, makeup, etc.).
They should be carefully packaged in their original packaging or suitable protective packaging, and include the invoice.

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a full refund.

Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days to the original method of payment.
